Professional Pest Control is a local specialist pest control business operating in Derby, Nottingham and the surrounding towns and villages. It is run by an experienced pest control technician and consultant who is highly qualified in all aspects of the work.
The name is deliberate. Chris and Steven are both professional pest controllers, with more than 30 years of experience between them. Chris spent many of those years as a pest adviser and consultant for large customers and pest control companies. Using the team means the treatment is carried out by people who still do the job themselves.
We cover and guarantee a wide variety of pests, including rats, mice, wasps, bed bugs, fleas, mites and moths. The length of a treatment guarantee is decided after the survey, on a bespoke basis, once we understand the property and the pest.

Chris has many years as a pest adviser and consultant for large customers as well as hands-on treatment work. Customers mention the same things: he explains what he finds, keeps them informed between visits, and stays until the problem is actually finished.

Chris and Steven are both on the industry Continuing Professional Development scheme. They attend training and industry events so treatments use current products and safer technique, not last decade's habit.

We are committed to a high success rate and to customer satisfaction. Visits are made in unmarked, discreet vehicles, so nobody outside the household needs to know what we are there to deal with.
We usually operate outside traditional trading hours, before 9am, after 5pm, and at weekends. Tell us when you want us there and we will do our best to work around the schedule. There is no extra charge for that flexibility.
