We do a lot of our work outside ordinary office hours, so you do not have to take time off or open early just to have the problem solved.
Domestic pest control
A pest in the home or garden is distressing, especially with children or pets in the house. Rats, mice, bed bugs, fleas and wasps are the problems that most often start a call, though the list is longer than that.
We are a phone call away, available seven days a week, and we guarantee the treatments we carry out. Once the issue is solved, the aim is that you do not meet it again. If we attend and there turns out to be no pest problem for us to treat, only a small call-out fee applies.
We are not the cheapest company on a leaflet. We would rather be the one that finishes the job, explains the options, and stands behind the work.
Commercial contracts
Leaving a business unprotected puts reputation as well as stock at risk. A contract with Professional Pest Control is there so pest issues do not become the thing customers talk about. We support schools, universities, offices, factories and shops, among others.

How pricing works
We do not publish a single price list, because a loft full of wasps is not the same job as a hotel with bed bugs or a factory on a contract. The price follows the survey.

Tell us what you are seeing
A phone call or email is enough to judge whether we should visit, and roughly what kind of treatment is likely.

Survey, then a quotation
Nothing is treated until you have a survey and a quotation. You choose chemical or non-chemical options where both are realistic.

No premium for evenings
Weekends and visits before 9am or after 5pm are part of how we work. They are not an extra on the bill.
- 04
A guarantee matched to the job
Guarantee length is set after we have seen the property. Some bed bug treatments, for example, have been guaranteed for a year.
If we come out and there is no pest issue to solve, only a small call-out fee is charged.
What a visit includes
- Identification of the pest, or monitoring if it is not obvious.
- A walk-through of entry points, harbourage and anything attracting the pest.
- A clear choice of treatment, explained before products are used.
- Proofing and housekeeping advice where that stops the problem returning.
- Follow-up if the treatment needs more than one attendance.
